Remedial & Sports Massage

Whether you're experiencing an acute injury, chronic pain, or simply looking to release muscular tension, remedial & sports massage treatment can help to:

  • Alleviate pain.

  • Assess and correct muscular dysfunctions and imbalances.

  • Increase your body awareness / proprioception.

  • Improve posture and movement patterns

  • Facilitate recovery & rehabilitation.

  • Injury prevention.

  • Physical and mental relaxation

By working with the client to address the underlying factors, treatments are designed to reduce musculoskeletal pain while promoting long term functional improvements to reduce the risk of the issue re-occurring.
