Service Description

In order to provide the best possible service, the initial consultation for clients booking either a sports massage or remedial / soft tissue therapy, involves an additional, pre-treatment, assessment which includes: - Discussing the case history. - Postural assessment. - Various range of movement and other musculoskeletal tests which may be relevant to assessing and treating the presenting condition or issue. The length of time required is partly dependent on the presenting issues but will typically take between 15-30 minutes.
